Appointments are booked in 15-30 min increments allowing just enough time between clients to prepare for each massage. please make every effort to arrive on time so your massage does not have to be shortened.
When making an appointment, please be prepared to observe our cancellation policy as follows:
If you are unable to provide the minimum required notice of 1-2 business days (dependent on appointment type) you will be charged a cancellation fee for your appointment(s). This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled service. If you reserved your appointment under a Gift Certificate, or similar pre-paid voucher the fee will be dedected from your balance.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for any reason will be considered a "no show"
and will be charged in full for their missed appointment. More information on our "Policies" page.
