I will be implementing new pricing and policies for all clients in September. As always, I have made sure the increase was minimal in an attempt to avoid any hardships. I have created additional options to keep treatments affordable.
30 minute massage- $45
60 minute massage- $75
90 minute massage- $99
(Add 10- 15 minutes to any 30 or 60 minute massage for just $1 per minute)
*Essential Oils/ Aromatherapy added at no charge when requested.*
*Hot stones or Cupping added to any appointment for just $5*
(4-6 Stones or Cups)
*Add both Hot Stones and Cupping for $10*
4 Stones/ 4-6 Cups
(Must be requested in advance, treatment time will increase by 5-10 min)
Please review the cancellation policy before scheduling. Appointments are booked in 15-30 min increments allowing just enough time between clients to prepare for each massage. please make every effort to arrive on time so your massage does not have to be shortened.
Cancellation Policy:
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are in place:
Reminder calls, emails, or texts are sent out as a courtesy; however, it is the client's sole responsibility to mark their calendar when an appointment is made.
If you are unwell, please call or text at least 48 hours before your appointment to discuss your options for rescheduling. Many times your appointment can be postponed to allow you time to recover and truly enjoy your massage.
- All individual massages require a minimum of (1) business day's notice (24 hours) to change or cancel an appointment. Clients with appointments on Monday are asked to contact the office before 10 am Sunday if they suspect they will have to reschedule. Please note: messages received after 7 pm Monday- Saturday are typically not returned until the next business day, and may result in cancellation fees. (Typically 50% of the price of your treatment)
-Outcall or Double Bookings require (2) two business days' notice (48 hours). If only one of the members of your party is able to attend and you cannot give the required advance notice, you are encouraged to keep your single appointment and/or find a substitute to avoid losing your entire deposit.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for any reason will be considered a "no show" and will be charged in full for their missed appointment. This also applies to appointments canceled with less than 8 hours notice. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled service. If you reserved your appointment under a Gift Certificate, Spa Gift card, or similar voucher, in the case of a late cancellation or no show it will be marked as redeemed.
If you have recurring scheduling issues, you may be required to pay in advance for appointments.
How can I avoid losing my deposit or paying a cancellation fee if I cannot make it to my appointment?
Give adequate notice (see above) when changing or canceling an appointment, this allows me to call clients on my wait list and offer them the opening. (Yes, I often have a wait list! )
If you are unable to give adequate notice, you are encouraged to find a substitute to take your massage. Let me know at least two hours prior to your appointment time that someone will be taking your place. In fact, if you refer a new client, they will receive 10% off and you will be credited $10 towards your next massage!
REDEEMING A GIFT CERTIFICATE:
Gift Certificates are non-transferable and non-refundable. Should you have a circumstance such as illness or relocation, please call to discuss your options.
Promotional Gift Certificates and Packages:
If your Gift Certificate or Package contains an expiration date, all of the massages included must be redeemed by the expiration date. Each treatment is pro-rated, so if the promotional value has expired please call us to check the remaining dollar balance and redeem it toward a massage.
Packages are valid for the treatment listed on the Gift Certificate. All massages in a package must be redeemed by the same client.
